Welcome to the Arlington Jaycees Web Page

Since 1948, the Arlington Jaycees have contributed to numerous worthy causes, some of which include: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Doorways for Women, Camp Virginia Jaycee, Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY), Arlington Historical Museum, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, the Arlington YMCA, the National Mentally Retarded Children's Association, Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), Arlington Street People's Assistance Network (A-SPAN), the Pilot Club of Arlington, Arlington Offender Aid and Restoration Program (OAR), the Northern Virginia AIDS Ministry (NOVAM), and so many more. In fact, one of the chapter's first projects was a building fund drive to build National Hospital, a local community hospital, in 1948.

Although the chapter has changed with the times, our overall purpose remains the same: to produce quality leaders for the community. The Arlington Jaycees tradition is maintained by young men and women developing personal skills, helping people in the community, and having fun along the way.
